In short
How much do TikTok ads cost?
TikTok ads cost what you set as a budget: there is no fixed price. TikTok Ads Manager asks for a daily budget of more than $50 for a campaign and more than $20 for an ad group. Within that, you pay per thousand impressions or per click, at a rate set by an auction that changes with audience and season.
A marketplace where brands hire real creators for TikTok videos, at a fixed price per video.

How to read it
How to plan a TikTok ads budget.
Five steps, from the minimums to the cost of the videos.
- 01
Start from the minimums
TikTok’s help centre gives a daily minimum of more than $50 per campaign and more than $20 per ad group. Plan at least a week at that level to learn anything.
- 02
Choose what you pay for
Reach and video views are bought per thousand impressions. Traffic and conversions are bought per click or per result.
- 03
Estimate with CPM
Budget ÷ CPM × 1,000 gives impressions. Multiply by your click-through rate for clicks. The calculator above does both, and the CPM calculator works it backwards.
- 04
Budget the videos separately
The ad needs a video. With creators on Octoclip that cost is a fixed price per approved video, known before you start. See UGC ads.
- 05
Run several ads at once
Give TikTok a few videos to choose between, then keep the ones people watch.

FAQ
TikTok ads cost, answered.
What people ask about these numbers, and how Octoclip prices a video.
What is the minimum budget for TikTok ads?
According to TikTok’s help centre, a daily budget must be more than $50 at campaign level and more than $20 at ad group level. Check TikTok Ads Manager for the current figures in your currency.
How much do TikTok ads cost per 1,000 views?
That is the CPM, and it is set by an auction, so it differs by country, audience and time of year. Your own account’s past campaigns are the best guide.
Why do TikTok ad costs change?
You are bidding against other advertisers for the same viewers. More competition, a narrower audience or a busy season all raise the price.
Do Spark Ads cost more than normal TikTok ads?
They are bought in the same auction. The extra cost is the creator’s post itself, which on Octoclip is a fixed price per approved video. More in TikTok Spark Ads.
Will a bigger budget get me more sales?
A bigger budget buys more impressions. What people do next depends on the video and the offer. Octoclip does not sell or guarantee downloads, installs or views. You pay a fixed price for each approved video.
How much do the videos cost?
Posting a job, reviewing applicants and sending offers are free. You set a fixed price per video and pay only when a creator accepts your offer. The full amount is shown before you send the offer.
