Four steps. Nothing is charged until a creator accepts your offer. 1. **Post a job, free** Choose Creator post or UGC, the platform, how many videos and the fixed price per video. There are no pricing-based job, creator or seat limits. 2. **Review applicants, free** Creators see the whole deal before they apply: price, dates, brief and how the video can be used. So everyone who applies has already accepted your price. 3. **Send an offer, and pay when it is accepted** Sending an offer is free. When a creator accepts, you pay for the hire; you see the full amount before you send the offer. Work starts once payment is secured. 4. **Approve each video** Review each video within 5 days, ask for one revision if a brief point is missed, and approve it.
