## How it works

1. **Post a job** (Brand): Choose Creator post or UGC, the platform, how many videos and the fixed price per video. Run it as one batch or keep it open until you close it. Write the brief once; each video can have its own angle.
2. **Creators apply** (Creator): Creators see the whole deal before they apply: price, dates, brief and how the video can be used.
3. **Send an offer** (Both): When a creator accepts, you pay for the hire. Work starts once payment is secured.
4. **Approve and pay** (Brand): Review each video within 5 days, ask for one revision if a brief point is missed, approve, and the creator is paid.

Both. A one-batch job hires the creators you need against one final date. An ongoing job keeps hiring until you close it, and each creator delivers within 7, 14, 21 or 30 days of being hired. You can also keep a creator on a monthly retainer, paid month by month. No subscription.

### How long do I have to review a video?

5 days. Approve it or ask for a revision. We remind you 24 hours before the end, and if you don’t answer, the video approves itself.

### What if a video misses the brief?

Ask for 1 revision, tied to a must-include point from your brief that the video missed. The creator has 3 days to send it back, and your 5-day review starts again.

### What happens if we can’t agree?

A person at Octoclip decides, within 5 business days. They look at the brief, the video and what you both agreed to before filming.

### Can I run it from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Connect Octoclip and ask in plain words: draft a job from your link, read who applied, see which videos need you. Anything that charges your card or pays a creator is finished on Octoclip.

### How much can I make?

Every job shows its own price per video, set by the brand, before you apply. You pick the jobs that pay what you want, and the price is locked in before you film. Octoclip takes no cut from your pay.

### Does it cost anything?

No. Joining is free and applying is free. Sign up with Google or your email. You need to be 18 or older.

### When do I get paid?

For every video the brand approves, paid to your bank. Your pay is secured before you start, and we tell you when it is. The brand has 5 days to answer each video, and if it doesn’t, the video is approved for you.

### Do I need lots of followers?

Not for UGC videos. The brand runs those as its own ads. Creator posts go live on your own account, and some brands set a minimum following. The job says so up front.

### What if the brand wants changes?

They get one fix per video, and only for a point the brief lists or the video’s agreed angle. You have 3 days to send it, and your pay stays secured.

### What if the brand says no?

A person at Octoclip looks at the brief and your video and decides within 5 business days. Your pay stays held until then.

Yes. Share your invite link. For a year from their first hire, Octoclip pays you 2% of the price of every video a creator you brought is paid for, and 5% of what a brand you brought pays creators. Bring 20 creators who each make about $2,000 / €1,700 a month and 2 brands that each spend about $3,000 / €2,600 a month on creators, and that’s about $1,100 / €940 a month, or $13,200 / €11,280 over the year. It comes out of Octoclip’s share, never theirs, and is paid monthly once you reach €50.
